개인정보처리방침
지도갤러리는 사진과 동영상 원본 및 미디어 검색용 메타데이터를 개발자 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다. 미디어 탐색 정보는 기기에서 처리합니다. 다만 지도 표시에는 Google Maps를 사용하므로 지도 서비스 이용에 필요한 정보가 Google에 전달될 수 있습니다.
1. 개인정보처리자 및 문의
개인정보처리자는 정양섭입니다. 개인정보 관련 문의, 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청은 jys00511@naver.com으로 접수할 수 있습니다. 문의에 필요한 범위를 넘는 사진, 위치정보, 서명키 또는 암호를 보내지 마세요.
2. 기기에서 처리하는 정보와 목적
- 사진·동영상 및 썸네일: 기기의 미디어 조회, 썸네일 표시, 사진 감상, 동영상 재생과 장면 탐색에 사용합니다.
- 미디어 메타데이터: MediaStore ID, 콘텐츠 URI, 파일명, 폴더, 미디어 유형, 촬영일·시간, 수정 정보, 촬영 위치, 카메라 제조사·모델, 동영상 재생시간 등을 읽어 로컬 검색 인덱스와 분류·필터·지도 그룹 표시를 구성합니다. 항목은 파일에 존재하고 접근이 허용된 범위에서 처리됩니다.
- 현재 위치: 권한을 허용하면 지도 시작 위치를 정하고 갱신하는 데 사용합니다. 앱은 마지막 지도 시작 위치를 기기에 보관할 수 있습니다. 백그라운드 위치 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
- 사용자 설정과 편집 정보: 언어, 조회 조건, 즐겨찾기 및 앱 내 날짜·시간·위치 변경 정보를 기능 제공과 상태 유지에 사용합니다. 날짜·시간·위치 변경은 앱의 로컬 정보에 적용하며 원본 파일의 EXIF를 직접 수정하지 않습니다.
앱은 회원가입, 자체 클라우드 백업, 광고 SDK를 제공하지 않습니다. 연락처나 결제정보를 미디어 탐색 목적으로 요청하지 않습니다.
3. 접근 권한과 이용자의 선택
- 사진·동영상 접근: 갤러리 기능을 위해 사용합니다. 기기와 OS에서 일부 항목만 허용한 경우 허용된 항목만 조회됩니다. 허용하지 않으면 미디어 탐색 기능이 제한됩니다.
- 미디어 위치정보 접근: 사진·동영상의 촬영 위치를 읽기 위해 사용합니다. 거부하면 촬영 위치가 없거나 가려진 미디어는 지도에 표시되지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 정확한/대략적인 현재 위치: 현재 위치 기준 지도 표시를 위해 사용합니다. 거부해도 기본 지도 및 접근이 허용된 미디어 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
권한은 Android 설정의 앱 권한에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 기기의 위치 권한을 거부해도 Google Maps 이용 중 처리되는 IP 주소 등 네트워크 정보의 전송까지 모두 차단되는 것은 아닙니다.
4. Google Maps 및 외부 서비스
지도 표시는 Google Maps SDK for Android를 사용합니다. Google은 SDK 이용 과정에서 기기·OS·SDK 등 요청 메타데이터, IP 주소, SDK별 가명 식별자, SDK 오류·비정상 종료 및 진단 정보 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 지도 이동·확대·축소 등 지도 카메라 사용에 따른 상호작용 정보도 처리될 수 있습니다. 현재 위치나 촬영 장소로 지도를 표시할 때 해당 영역의 지도 서비스 요청이 발생하므로, 위치 관련 지도 이용 정보가 기기 밖으로 전달될 수 있습니다.
이러한 처리는 지도 서비스 제공·유지, 사용량 측정 및 서비스 개선 등에 사용될 수 있으며, 개발자 서버로 사진 원본을 업로드하는 것과는 별개의 처리입니다. Google의 보유기간, 처리 장소 및 이용자 권리는 아래 정책과 실제 서비스 구성에 따릅니다. 외부 서비스의 처리 과정에서 정보가 국외 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
5. 공유·외부 편집·삭제 기능
사용자가 공유 기능을 실행하면 선택한 미디어와 접근에 필요한 URI를 사용자가 지정한 앱에 전달합니다. 외부 편집 기능을 실행하면 편집을 담당하는 앱에 해당 미디어를 제공합니다. 이후 정보 처리에는 그 앱의 정책이 적용됩니다. 사진이나 동영상을 삭제·휴지통으로 이동하거나 기기 미디어의 즐겨찾기를 변경하는 기능은 Android가 제공하는 확인·권한 절차에 따라 실행되며 기기의 원본 미디어 상태에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.
6. 보유기간 및 삭제 방법
로컬 미디어 인덱스, 앱 내 수정 정보와 설정은 기능 제공에 필요한 동안 기기에 보관합니다. 미디어 변경사항은 동기화 시 반영합니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 지우면 앱 내부 정보가 삭제됩니다. 이때 앱 내 날짜·위치 수정 정보 등도 사라질 수 있습니다. 기기의 사진·동영상 원본은 앱 데이터 삭제만으로 지워지지 않습니다.
운영자에게 문의를 보내면 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 요청 응대에 필요한 동안 처리합니다. 목적이 달성되어 더 이상 필요하지 않은 정보는 삭제하며, 관계 법령에 따른 보존 의무가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다. Google 등 외부 서비스가 처리한 정보의 보유·삭제는 해당 서비스 정책에 따릅니다.
7. 이용자의 권리와 안전성 확보
이용자는 접근 권한을 변경하고 앱 내 정보를 정정·복원하거나 앱 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 운영자가 처리하는 문의 정보에 관한 권리 행사는 위 이메일로 요청할 수 있으며 본인 확인이 필요한 경우 최소한의 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다. 로컬 정보는 앱의 전용 저장 영역에서 관리하며 웹 방침 페이지는 HTTPS로 제공합니다. 사진 원본이나 키 저장소 암호를 이 웹페이지로 전송하는 기능은 제공하지 않습니다.
8. 개인정보처리방침 웹페이지
이 페이지는 Cloudflare를 통해 제공됩니다. 웹페이지에 방문하면 IP 주소, 브라우저·기기 및 접속 요청 정보가 콘텐츠 전송과 보안 목적으로 Cloudflare에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 이 페이지에는 운영자가 추가한 광고, 방문자 분석 스크립트, 입력 폼 또는 추적 쿠키가 없습니다. 인프라 서비스의 처리 내용은 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다. 방침 페이지의 호스팅은 앱 사진을 보관하는 서버가 아닙니다.
9. 아동 및 법정대리인
아동 및 법정대리인은 운영자에게 아동의 개인정보 처리에 관한 문의와 권리 행사를 요청할 수 있습니다. 동의가 필요한 경우 관계 법령의 요건에 따라 처리하며, 적법한 근거 없이 아동의 정보가 운영자에게 전달된 사실을 알게 되면 확인 후 삭제 등 필요한 조치를 취합니다.
10. 방침 변경
기능 또는 정보 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 페이지의 방침과 시행일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 관련 법령에 따라 필요한 안내 및 동의 절차를 진행합니다.
Privacy Policy
Map Gallery does not upload original photos or videos, or the media metadata used for browsing, to the developer's servers. Media browsing information is processed on your device. The app uses Google Maps to display maps, so information needed by the map service may be sent to Google.
1. Data controller and contact
The data controller is Jeong Yang-seop. You may send privacy inquiries and requests to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of information handled by the operator to jys00511@naver.com. Do not send photos, location data, signing keys, or passwords unless strictly necessary to resolve your inquiry.
2. Information processed on your device and purposes
- Photos, videos, and thumbnails: Used to browse media on your device, display thumbnails, view photos, play videos, and inspect video frames.
- Media metadata: The app reads MediaStore IDs, content URIs, file names, folders, media types, capture dates and times, modification information, capture locations, camera make and model, and video duration to build a local search index and provide sorting, filters, and map groups. Processing is limited to information present in the media and accessible under the permissions granted on your device.
- Current location: If you grant permission, current location is used to choose or update the map's starting position. The app may store the last map starting position on your device. The app does not request background location access.
- Preferences and in-app edits: Language, filters, favorites, and date, time, or location changes made in the app are used to provide features and preserve your settings. Date, time, and location changes are saved in Map Gallery's local index; they do not directly modify the original file's EXIF metadata.
The app does not provide account registration, its own cloud backup, or an advertising SDK. It does not request contacts or payment information for media browsing.
3. Permissions and your choices
- Photo and video access: Used for gallery features. If Android allows access to only selected items, the app can browse only those items. Denying access limits media browsing.
- Access to media location metadata: Used to read where a photo or video was captured. If access is denied, media without accessible capture locations may not appear on the map.
- Precise or approximate current location: Used to show the map around your current location. You can still use the basic map and browse accessible media if you deny current-location access.
You can change permissions in Android Settings. Denying device location permission does not necessarily prevent Google Maps from processing network information such as your IP address while providing its service.
4. Google Maps and external services
The app uses the Google Maps SDK for Android to display maps. During SDK use, Google may process request metadata such as device, operating system, and SDK information; IP addresses; a pseudonymous SDK-specific identifier; and SDK error, abnormal-termination, and diagnostic information. Depending on how the map is used, map interaction information such as panning and zooming may also be processed. Displaying a map around your current location or a photo's capture location makes map-service requests for that area, so location-related map request information may be transmitted outside your device.
This processing may be used to provide, maintain, measure, and improve the map service. It is separate from uploading original photos to the developer's servers, which Map Gallery does not do. Google's retention periods, processing locations, and user rights are governed by Google's policies and the service configuration. Information may be processed on servers outside your country as part of the external service.
5. Sharing, external editing, and deletion
When you choose to share media, the app passes the selected media and the URI needed to access it to the app you choose. When you choose external editing, the media is provided to the app that performs the edit. The policies of those apps apply to their subsequent processing. Deleting or moving media to trash, or changing a device-media favorite where supported, follows Android's confirmation and permission flows and may affect the media on your device.
6. Retention and deletion
The local media index, in-app edit information, and preferences remain on your device for as long as needed to provide the features. Media changes are reflected when the app synchronizes. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android Settings deletes information stored inside the app. This may also remove in-app date and location changes. Clearing app data does not delete original photos or videos from your device.
If you contact the operator, your email address and message are processed for as long as needed to respond. Information that is no longer needed is deleted, unless applicable law requires it to be retained for a specified period. Retention and deletion of information processed by Google or other external services are governed by their policies.
7. Your rights and security
You can change permissions, correct or restore information in the app, and clear app data. You may exercise rights concerning inquiry information handled by the operator using the email above; minimal identity verification may be requested when necessary. Local information is managed in the app's private storage, and this policy page is served over HTTPS. The app does not provide a feature for sending original photos or keystore passwords to this website.
8. This privacy-policy website
This page is hosted through Cloudflare. When you visit it, Cloudflare may process your IP address, browser and device information, and request data to deliver and secure the page. This page contains no operator-added advertising, visitor analytics scripts, forms, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare's processing is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Hosting this policy page is not a server for storing app photos.
9. Children and legal guardians
Children and their legal guardians may contact the operator with questions or requests concerning a child's personal information. Where consent is required, it is handled as required by applicable law. If the operator learns that a child's information was provided without a lawful basis, the operator will take appropriate steps, such as verifying the situation and deleting the information.
10. Changes to this policy
If app features or data practices change, this page and its effective date will be updated. For material changes, notices and consent procedures will be followed where required by applicable law.
